GALLERY MANAGEMENT
Active: Monday, May 5 – Sunday, May 11
Provide gallery and noise control on course and assist in player movement. Shifts are outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

PATH PATROL
Active: Tuesday, May 6 – Sunday, May 11
Manage and facilitate the flow of spectators and carts on the main corridor of the course.

PRACTICE AREA
Active: Monday, May 5 – Sunday, May 11
Provide gallery control and assist in player movement at the Practice Facility and putting greens. Collect and package balls and distribute name cards for professionals at the Practice Facility. Shifts are outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

HOSPITALITY & GUEST SERVICES

ADMISSIONS/INFO SERVICES
Active: Tuesday, May 6 – Sunday, May 11
Welcome and assist with spectator entry to the course by scanning tickets (Ticketmaster equipment) and responding to miscellaneous spectator inquiries. Volunteers will also assist with ticket sales and will call needs. Shifts are outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

CLIENT HOSPITALITY 14/15 (BOATHOUSE ROW & PENN SUITES)
Active: Thursday, May 8 – Sunday, May 11
Provide information and assistance to corporate clients upon entry to the venue. Ensure that only properly credentialed clients are permitted and provided wristbands. Assist Gallery Management with noise control as necessary when players are approaching hospitality areas. Shifts may be outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

CLIENT HOSPITALITY 16 (VALLEY CABINS/FORGE CABINS)
Active: Thursday, May 8 – Sunday, May 11
Provide information and assistance to corporate clients upon entry to the venue. Ensure that only properly credentialed clients are permitted and provided wristbands. Assist Gallery Management with noise control as necessary when players are approaching hospitality areas. Shifts may be outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

CLIENT HOSPITALITY 17 (TILLINGHAST CLUB/1854 CLUB)
Active: Thursday, May 8 – Sunday, May 11
Provide information and assistance to corporate clients upon entry to the venue. Ensure that only properly credentialed clients are permitted and provided wristbands. CLIENT HOSPITALITY 18 (PRESIDENTAL SUITES/LIBERTY TERRACE)
Active: Thursday, May 8 – Sunday, May 11

TRUIST HOSPITALITY (TEAM MEMBER/CHALET)

OPERATIONS

CARTS
Active: Saturday, May 3 – Sunday, May 11
Allocate and manage golf carts for volunteers. Maintain a sign in/sign out sheet for the week and place cart signage on individual carts. Ensure cart keys and carts are returned, charged and cleaned daily. Shifts are outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

COURSE PREP
Active: Friday, May 2 – Monday, May 12
Assist with roping, staking and barricading of the course and any other miscellaneous operational needs. Shifts are outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

EVACUATION
Active: Sunday, May 4 – Sunday, May 11
Provide transportation for players, caddies and officials in the event of a weather evacuation. Shifts are outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

MOBILITY IMPAIRED SHUTTLE
Active: Tuesday, May 6 – Sunday, May 11
Provide cart transportation for disabled spectators from various points around the golf course. Shifts are outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

SAFETY
Active: Sunday, May 4 – Sunday, May 11
Oversee and ensure the safety of all tournament constituents by identifying, mitigating and reporting hazards throughout tournament grounds. Shifts are outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION
Active: Sunday, May 4 – Sunday, May 11
Distribute beverages and snacks to locations on the golf course, starter tents, scoring, practice range, media center, volunteer village and other designated areas. Shifts are outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

PLAYER & CADDIE SERVICES

CADDIE SERVICES
Active: Sunday, May 4 – Sunday, May 11
Oversee Caddie Hospitality by assisting professional caddies with caddie registration, distributing towels, and preparing and issuing caddie bibs. Ensure caddie bibs are returned daily.

PLAYER SERVICES
Active: Sunday, May 4 – Sunday, May 11
Manage the registration process for PGA TOUR Professionals, provide information on local services, assist with player dry cleaning and coordinate attendance for local activities for players and their families.

PLAYER SHUTTLES
Active: Sunday, May 4 – Sunday, May 11
Provide golf cart transportation for players and caddies on course. Shifts are outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

PLAYER TRANSPORTATION
Active: Saturday, May 3 – Monday, May 12
Inventory and inspect tournament-issued courtesy cars. Provide transportation for players, their families and VIP guests before, during and after the tournament, to and from hotels and airports.

SCORING SERVICES

SHOTLINK (SMS)
Active: Wednesday, May 7 – Sunday, May 11
Work inside the ropes and assist fellow Location-Based Operators in locating player's shots in and around the fairways, or greens and identifying situations where players’ shots may be obstructed. Volunteers must be 18+ years old and must sign a Disclosure Form. This Committee works all-day shifts outside. Must complete a short online training course AND an on course training one day of tournament week. Shifts are outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

STANDARD BEARERS
Active: Wednesday, May 7 – Sunday, May 11
Accompany each professional grouping during play and display their scores on a standard sign. Shifts are outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

WALKING SCORERS
Active: Wednesday, May 7 – Sunday, May 11
Record the scores and statistics of play on handheld PDA devices during the Pro-Am and all competition rounds. Must be able to walk 18 holes without a break. Volunteers will receive training on how to use the PDA device from PGA TOUR staff. Shifts are outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

VOLUNTEER & CHAMPIONSHIP SERVICES

HONORARY OBSERVERS
Active: Thursday, May 8 – Sunday, May 11
Welcome Honorary Observer participants prior to their assigned tee time, coordinate credential distribution, review program guidelines and restrictions and guide them to the assigned tee box. Coordinate photo signing and distribution process when participants reach the end of the round. Shifts may be outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

MEDIA CENTER
Active: Monday, May 5 – Sunday, May 11
Assist PGA TOUR Media Officials with registration, operations and the welcoming of local, national and international media.

MERCHANDISE
Active: Monday, May 5 – Sunday, May 11
Manage guest merchandise sales during tournament week in the Fan Shop.

OFFICE SUPPORT
Active: Saturday, May 3 – Sunday, May 11
Assist tournament staff prior to and during tournament week by providing general administrative duties including but not limited to answering phones and assisting with projects led by tournament staff.

SHIPPING + RECEIVING
Active: Sunday, May 4 – Monday, May 12
Manage the shipping and receiving of packages for tournament, club manufactures, vendors and more. Shifts may be outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

SPECIAL EVENTS
Active: Tuesday, May 8 – Sunday, May 12
Assist with set up, registration, gift distribution and other tasks for special events and activities during Tournament week including Pro-Am Pairings Party, Pro-Am and Am-Am. Shifts are outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

UTILITY
Active: Monday, May 5 – Sunday, May 11
Support and assist the tournament and volunteer team in various capacities throughout tournament week including, but not limited to: gallery management, hospitality support and operations support. Shifts are outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

VOLUNTEER SUPPORT
Active: Friday, April 4 – Sunday, April 6, Tuesday, April 8 and Saturday, May 3 – Sunday, May 11
Inventory and distribute volunteer uniforms in advance of tournament week. Manage tent where volunteers check in for their respective committees as well as come for snacks s beverages in between their shifts. Distribute radios, as needed and manage volunteer apparel sales during tournament week and maintain a clean and supportive meeting place for the volunteers.
